Brownfields Gestion was founded on a simple but radical conviction: the cities of the future must be built on the cities of the past, not on greenfields. Our goals are structured around three pillars — environmental regeneration, social utility, and long-term economic viability. We believe that tackling brownfields at scale is one of the most impactful levers available to combat climate change and urban sprawl simultaneously. To achieve this, we have assembled a multidisciplinary team of engineers, urban planners, architects, and financial experts who work together across the entire value chain. Our ambition is to continue expanding our footprint in France and Belgium while maintaining the rigorous environmental and social standards that define us.
